{"content":"Dev journal — WS-A review fix (S2-1): the free-quota-exhausted transcript notice no longer sends mobile users to a page that does not exist. `buildFreeRelayQuotaNotice` (extracted pure helper in coworkAssistantReply.ts) keeps the desktop wording byte-identical (Settings > Models) and in server mode now says the allowance is used up and to recharge on the Me page, with `free_quota_exhausted` / `quota_exhausted` interpolated verbatim so the renderer's banner branching is untouched. New unit test pins both codes × both languages × both modes. feat/gateway's S2-2 timeout-hook fix merged down the chain. Lint + full pnpm test green.
