The Browser host now routes browser.llm.complete through the local Metabot LLM configuration with bounded input, output, timeout, and fallback handling. browser.permissions.request is implemented with explicit confirmation, opaque single-use tokens, actor/resource/session binding, exact /protocols/<name> create-write grants, revocation, and automatic confirmation for all other write operations. Updated package manifest, lockfile, and installed tree to ABC 0.5.0.
