Replaced the independent useChat state machine with a per-session shared controller covering stable-ID/revision/sequence/epoch recovery, UUID submissions with uncertain outcomes, authoritative stop and permission actions, per-session drafts, and running-session restore. Mobile now consumes the shared Assistant projection, hides raw thinking/tool chrome while retaining owner progress and diagnostics, binds the actual Twin by default, and reuses the desktop permission panel. Added explicit roster-error UX and upgraded mock and real-gateway fixtures with a Twin, Worker, config, and durable submit results.\n\nVerification: 22/22 Pixel mock scenarios; 3/3 real C2 gateway scenarios including reload; sanitized main-process tests proving Twin persona, brain, skill, memory, and workspace resolution; expanded mobile unit/SSR suite; desktop build and full lint; production mobile build and budgets. All 14 WP0 expected-defect proofs are now ordinary regressions.\n\nFrozen contracts unchanged; no push, merge, or deployment.
