Diffed both git tags across every package the plugin touches (host: webServer/webRuntime/agentPresets/llm/approval/tools/systemPrompt; client: slots/locale/layout/sidebarRight(+Tabs)/settings) — no export, hook, slot, service-id, or settings-section change reaches the plugin; the only removed symbols (SidebarRightBinding, SidebarRightInjected.bindService, AgentPresetSectionInjected.developerTools) are faces the plugin never consumes. standard.patch.yml is byte-identical rc.1..rc.2, session format stays v4, plugin:oac-dsh producer kind untouched, and the compat gate is unchanged — the existing ^0.2.0-rc.1 peer ranges already satisfy 0.2.0-rc.2 (verified with the gate's own semver includePrerelease semantics), so users on rc.2 install and boot with no manifest change. Changes: 14 dsh-* devDeps bumped 0.2.0-rc.1 -> 0.2.0-rc.2, lockfile regenerated, minimumReleaseAgeExclude list gained || 0.2.0-rc.2 on all 200 dsh-* entries, README/docs hosts page re-anchored to rc.2, and the browser-open-flow retry comment updated for rc.2's selection-derived sidebarRight.mounted.
