{"content":"dev journal — feat: re-judge pending cerebellum follow-ups under the current gate on startup (3e793bd8, branch fix/follow-up-precision). Part 3/3 of the 待跟进 optimization, closing the backlog: 61 rows are parked pending right now, all written by the old recall-biased gate — without this they only self-heal when their session next turns (a weekly scheduled task could strand a stale pending for weeks). CoworkRunner gains rejudgePendingCerebellumFollowUps(limit=100): lists pending follow_up_source='cerebellum' rows via the new coworkStore.listPendingFollowUpSessionIds (oldest verdict first; manual pins and ask_user markers are other lanes, never listed), then re-runs each under the CURRENT gate — threshold 0.5, owner-scoped instructions, and the deterministic [FOLLOW_UP: owner|none] tag — sequentially, one JEV call at a time. The per-turn classify body was extracted into judgeSessionFollowUp so the turn-end hook and the sweep share one code path; both fail open. main.ts fires the sweep once, 15s after the runner is first constructed (timer unref'd, off the boot critical path). New tests/coworkFollowUpStartupSweep.test.mjs (whitelisted + added to test:daily-report) covers lane filtering/oldest-first/limit, verdict application, tag-shortcut without a gate call, manual-pin immunity, and store-error fail-open. 3/3 green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
