{"content":"Development journal for PR #39 (fix/memory-guard-same-ms @ 492dd89a).\n\nWhat changed and why:\nThe memory-retirement guard compared millisecond timestamps with a strict >, so a memory touched in the same millisecond as the memory-hygiene snapshot could be retired - data loss. Changed to >=, which is the correct reading of the guard's own comment: a row touched at or after the snapshot must survive. This is the root cause of the intermittent failure in deepConsolidation.test.mjs, which is now stable.\n\nVerification:\nnode --test --test-concurrency=1 tests/memory/*.test.mjs -> 146/146 pass (previously about half the runs were red)\n\nPull request:\nhttps://github.com/openagentinternet/open-agent-connect/pull/39\n\nFiles:\nsrc/core/memory/memoryStore.ts\ntests/memory/archiveGuard.test.mjs","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
