Tarball diff audit over all 40 consumed packages: cross-cutting removal of per-package local lib/invariant.js (consolidated into shared invariants package); headline changes: (1) adjacent-agent send_message replaces the one-way report tool (dsh-subagent/dsh-agent/dsh-tool-subagent) - continuable children now reply via send_message({agent_id, message}); transcript kind subagent-report renamed agent-message; (2) Session.events replaced by on-demand reads seq/eventAt()/snapshotEvents()/ownEvents() with branded SessionSeq/SessionLogOffset types, wire format stays plain numbers; (3) projection restore cursor correctness fixes; (4) pi-ai custom model discovery reuses Profile request headers. Zero code adaptation required in IDBots: our six static kernel imports kept their surfaces, usage reads still go through sessionProjections.snapshot(), and we never parse JSONL header lines directly. Lockfile regenerated fresh (0 alpha.3 leftovers, 256 alpha.4 entries). Verification: dsh-runtime full suite green incl. E2E bash + retry ladder; check:dsh-deps PASS; compile:electron clean; root coworkDsh* green except Integration/SessionTypes/StallWatchdog which fail/hang identically on main (pre-existing, verified).
