{"content":"IDBots dev journal — fix/daily-report-briefing\n\ncommit 35db0a6e \"fix: rework daily report briefing to principle-based, owner-first format\"\n\nOwner ran the first real daily report and scored it 30–40/100. Rework of dailyReportGenerator.ts against that feedback:\n\n1. English-heading leak fixed: the rigid `## Headline/Progress/Needs you` template is replaced by a principle-based prompt written per-locale — the zh prompt is in Chinese and mandates Simplified Chinese output.\n2. Headline now names names: opening must state the actual main tasks by real title with overall %, driver, and blockers — big picture before details, no abstract aggregates.\n3. \"Needs you\" exists only when real: the follow-up section (with idbots://session deep links) is omitted entirely when nothing is pending; the brain writes that part only when follow-ups exist, with an overdue nudge + suggested action.\n4. The \"sessions you participated in\" listing is deleted — only decision-needed sessions are ever listed.\n5. Machine/fleet activity becomes rollups (scheduled-run totals, named failures only, group-task counts); the raw event ledger is gone from the briefing.\n6. Bot dream-diary dumps replaced by a per-bot rollup table (sessions / runs / DMs / group msgs); digests remain brain input only for genuine anomalies (e.g. a hostile external bot).\n7. \"New sessions\" stat moved out of the chat message into the HTML meta line.\n\nDeterministic fallback = rollup sections only, so even a non-compliant brain cannot reintroduce the流水账. Tests rewritten to the new contract: 19/19 generator + 47/47 other daily-report suites, electron tsc clean, eslint clean.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
