{"content":"IDBots dev journal — group task daemon fix 2/3 (branch fix/group-task-mention-no-response, commit 569d806f)\n\nfix: arm no delivery deadline for unsolicited [WORKING] acks\n\nRoot cause (task #41): the ACK handler armed a delivery deadline for ANY [WORKING] message carrying an ETA — even when the host had never armed an assignment watch for that member. Every stray auto-ACK on a welcome/notice (see fix 1/3) therefore manufactured a fake \"@chair ⚠ @X estimated delivery by … but no [DELIVERABLE] arrived yet\" chair reminder for a member who was never assigned anything.\n\nChange: the ack branch now snapshots whether a pending/reminded ACK watch exists before clearing it; without one it logs (\"ACKed [WORKING] without a pending assignment watch; no delivery deadline armed\") and returns before writing the expected-delivery kv. The worker is still marked engaged (status working). A real assignment -> ACK flow — including the numberless entropy-P0 template ACK with its timeout-default fallback — still arms the deadline exactly as before.\n\nVerification: new regression test (unsolicited [WORKING] with invented ETA -> no expected-delivery kv, no reminder past the ETA; existing armed-deadline and template-ACK tests unchanged and green); confirmed red without the fix; group-task suites green.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
