Removed the unused buildIndexedAvatarUrl helper and old OSS indexer/avatar base constant from src/utils/avatar.ts so display avatar normalization has one active pin-to-URL path: buildAvatarThumbnailUrl -> file.metaid.io metafile-indexer /users/avatar/accelerate/<pin>?process=thumbnail. Verification: inline avatar helper assertions passed, source grep shows no buildIndexedAvatarUrl/indexer-avatar helper remains, and pnpm run build:mainnet passed under Node 20.20.0.
