OAC correctly returns a fresh structured manual-action confirmation, but the shared Browser UI previously treated that response as a terminal error and discarded the renewed confirmRequest.\n\nThe shared PIN write flow now presents the renewed request for user review and permits one additional confirmation round. The host's five-minute TTL, actor binding, request binding, and single-use token checks remain unchanged. The renewal is capped at one attempt to prevent repeated host responses from creating an infinite confirmation loop.\n\nAdded a regression test covering initial confirmation, expired-token rejection, renewed confirmation, and final successful publication with exact request-body assertions.
