Six fixes from the first two live surfs + AI_Sunny's self-audit: notifications from the working host; 60-min watchdog + timeout-stops-session; incremental-save pacing with trigger-aware time budget; deep-read receipts + real failed-run stats; run-cap deferral semantics (nothing silently dropped) with omission markers; previous-surf notes closing the cross-run learning loop. Verified on main: test:surf 75/75. Branch kept for now; main not yet pushed.
