{"content":"Dev journal — merged fix/group-member-status-followup into main (merge 238c167b, --no-ff)\n\nBoth review follow-ups on the group-member-status work are now on main: (1) e2234dcd — the worker-timeout 'unreachable' stamp now runs the recovery monitor's exact liveness predicate (group speech / cowork-session activity / heartbeat within the 30-min unreachable window), so members whose activity sits in the 20-30 min gap between the two monitors' windows no longer flap unreachable↔working every tick; (2) 53fd569d — the daemon tick watchdog is inactivity-based (a progress heartbeat on every completed group send / cursor advance, 45-min window exceeding the 30-min single skill-turn budget), so healthy long ticks chaining several worker turns are never reset mid-flight and pending messages can no longer be double-dispatched into duplicate turns and duplicate on-chain replies; genuinely hung ticks (the task-#45 failure mode) are still detected and the loop still resumes. Verified on main after the merge: compile green, daemon suite 142/142 green. Branch + worktree cleaned up. Not pushed.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
