Used the one-command pnpm run upgrade:dsh path: all 63 @deepseek-ai/* dependency pins + 24 override lines in dsh-runtime/pnpm-workspace.yaml + regenerated pnpm-lock.yaml committed as one atomic trio. The pnpm-native dsh-tool-fs-search patch was re-keyed to 0.2.2-rc.1 (upstream did not touch buildGrepCommand, so the --no-ignore fix carries over). Declared @deepseek-ai/dsh-tool-executor-native as a direct dependency because 0.2.2 splits tool execution out of the registry into an Agent-scoped executor plugin, and raised dsh-runtime engines to >=24.9 per the new kernel floor.
