Protocol v1.2 spec: settlement semantics (node weights in basis points + submitter/reviewer role split with accuracy-weighted review shares, deterministic integer arithmetic), task amend (frozen-on-start rule, publisher authority, version chain), publisher closing-drive clarification, folded v1.1 revisions plus the three JSP prize-fit fixes, minimal challenge with settlement holdout, and the announced-activation-height process (H_ACT lesson #10 made normative). Host side: third MetaTask tab in the tracking-tasks page, built-in metatask agent tools with claim guard, heartbeat watchers, and a TypeScript replay engine gated by a cross-repo conformance suite (Python/Go/TS, shared fixtures). First campaign targets the Justin Sun Prize formalization lane (solved-but-unformalized problems) under the verifiable-contribution narrative.
