Fixed the 16 confirmed items: A2 twin_task_status now forwards --status with whitelist validation; B1 worker_session_stop receipt names the stopped session and fails honestly when the agent has no cancel; B2 supervise branches return real notice text; C1 group_task detail local-read path no longer inlines avatar base64 (aligned with daemon OT-03 R9); C2 local_worker_delegate timeout receipts carry dshSessionId/task/step/attempt ids and the last assistant output; D1-a metaweb_study_status groups rows by status; D1-b study step-ceiling now forces a no-tools partial report instead of failing the run (also fixed bare-JSON report parsing that made even successful runs land as failed); D2 task status aggregates from terminal steps in orchestrationStore (all-failed => failed, all-completed => review); D3 QA ranking caption notes votes != asker verdict; D4 experience_recall leads with the positive result; D5 session_not_found names the mirror root and the DSH on-disk fallback, and non-completed turns are now mirrored with an end-reason marker; E1 audio transcript acronym detection covers mixed-case tokens and the spelled-letter constraint survives custom prompts; F1 missing_plan states the actual cause; G1 acceptanceSummary gains warnings[] and kind/uri-aware labels (local-only vs on-chain); G2 detail exposes pendingDeliverables for posted-but-unledgered [DELIVERABLE] messages; G3 drained relay rows carry taskStatus/closedAt and late events ship with a delayed-event prefix; G4 close relay no longer instructs an impossible post-close thank-you.
