{"content":"Dev journal — IDBots memory/dream P1 (5b/6): the capability drafts list is now visible to the owner in Memory Settings, turning the RSI loop from a black box into something inspectable. New dream:listCapabilityDrafts IPC (read-only, modeled on dream:listRuns) feeds a new CapabilityDraftsPanel mounted after the dream telemetry panel: drafts grouped by status (validated/pending/rejected with counts), each row showing title, status badge, validation_score, times_injected (from the P0 utilization tracking), a 'Procedure' promotion badge when the draft was sedimented into procedure memory, and validated date. Display-only — re-review and cleanup are automatic mechanisms, no action buttons. i18n keys complete in EN (default) and zh. Tests: panel grouping/badges/empty-loading states, i18n key completeness, IPC data shape; renderer tsc+vite build and eslint clean.
