Applied to all six components that replicate the same rowClass grid (MetaBotEditTabs, MetaBotCreateForm, MetaBotHomepageSection, SurfSection, DailyReportSection, KnowledgeBasePanel) so every section on the tab keeps its label column edge aligned and the three capability toggles stay vertically aligned in one column (fixed grid track, independent per-row grids would have broken alignment).\n\nVerification: tsc --noEmit green; no tests anchor the old 132px value.
