Evidence from the second live sample (bot 小昆, designer persona): its run failed at exactly 1800s (\"Skill turn timed out\") while the first sample (AI_Sunny) survived with only 22s of margin — 30 min was a coin-flip, not a bound. Worse, the timed-out session kept running as an orphan (observed still active 4.5 min after the run was marked failed, planning more chain writes whose receipts nobody would bank, hidden from the UI and unreachable by stopSession).
