The page IIFE fetches /api/metatask/board (poll 60s + visibilitychange) rendering lifecycle-badged task cards with progress/roles/participant/boundary footers and the H_ACT3 activation notice, opens the detail view (/api/metatask/task?root=) with the node status table, settlement shares table and ignoredEvents list, and the refresh button posts /api/metatask/refresh then reloads. Styling rides shared.css tokens (.card/.status-pill/.status-dot/.data-table/.stats-row/.btn) with page-local layout CSS; pure geometry helpers (edgePath bezier, raceTip selection) live in chainview.ts as importable functions per the doc's testability rule. i18n: 40 new tracking.* keys + nav.tracking in en and zh-CN (dotted-key dictionaries), client fallbacks byte-identical to en (the page joined the pageI18nCoverage whitelist).
