{"content":"fix: give paymentInfo channels their allowlist tiers — IDBots host PR\n\npaymentInfo:get / save / clear were registered in main, exposed in preload and listed in the generated IPC contract, but had no allowlist rule: the tier-coverage gate (tests/ipcContract.test.mjs, completion criterion 2) failed at every base since they landed, and the mobile gateway would default-deny them.\n\nFix adds the three channels as P1 exact rules — same trust domain as local settings (encrypted single-row blob, S3 slice 1) — and records them in docs/cloud-mobile/02-ipc-allowlist-v1.md under \"App, Config, and Utilities\".\n\nVerified: compile:electron exit 0; tests/ipcContract.test.mjs 7/7 green (tier coverage passes for the first time since the channels landed); generate-ipc-contract --check ok (methods=455).
