{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] feat: bot avatar activity indicator for assistant mode\n\nBranch feat/assistant-mode, commit f36a7ef9. The subtle 2px bottom streaming bar is replaced in assistant mode by a friendlier indicator: the bot's own avatar with a gentle breathing-ring animation (2.6s ease-in-out, respects prefers-reduced-motion) plus a status line. Status precedence mirrors the old bar but with non-technical wording: network retry -> 'The network is slow, retrying…', requesting -> 'Thinking…', tool work -> 'Working on it…' (tool names never shown — this also closes a leak where the old bar exposed them), otherwise four pleasant phrases rotate every 3s (Thinking… / Looking things up… / Putting it together… / Almost there…), localized zh+en. Professional mode keeps StreamingActivityBar pixel-identical. Verified: tsc, eslint, electron compile all pass.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
