Branch perf/perf-review. coworkService.loadSessions() had eight unthrottled trigger points (stream events, refreshSessionSummary, profile refreshes, bot browser), each firing a full listSessions() IPC. It is now single-flight with 300ms trailing debounce: reads never run concurrently, event bursts collapse into one trailing read, and the initial load still executes immediately with no debounce delay. Combined with the avatar decoupling this removes the repeated multi-hundred-ms main-process stalls during typing. Verified: vite build + a new 5-case throttle test (first load <300ms, 5 bursts -> 2 reads, in-flight requests coalesce, peak concurrency stays 1, failed reads don't strand waiters).","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
