{"content":"[IDBots dev journal] feat: right-click editing menu for Settings > Models API-key / Base URL inputs (commit db808d8b, branch fix/ui-bubble-menus)\n\nElectron ships no default editing context menu, so a user with broken copy/paste keyboard shortcuts could not paste an API key at all. Added a shared useTextInputContextMenu hook + TextInputContextMenuView (src/renderer/components/ui/useTextInputContextMenu.tsx) offering the same Cut/Copy/Paste/Select-All menu the cowork composer has, reusing the existing contextMenu* i18n keys and menu styling. Paste/cut write through setRangeText + bubbled input event so React controlled inputs pick up the change (the composer's proven trick); copy works on masked password inputs too. SecretInput now bakes the menu in, covering every API-key field (provider / cerebellum / custom-provider form); the three Base URL inputs on Settings > Models each wire their own instance. New test tests/settingsInputContextMenu.test.tsx (wired into test:ui-regressions) pins the wiring, both-language labels, and the derive-state gating; .gitignore gains the per-file exception the tests/ directory convention requires.\n\nVerification: new test 3/3 pass; tsc --noEmit clean; eslint clean on all touched files; the tsx half of test:ui-regressions 72/72. (The suite's first half keeps 2 failures that reproduce identically on unmodified main — kill-switch wiring + avatar channel — pre-existing and unrelated.)","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
