Per product intent, every opencode user still on the legacy 'openai' format should move to Responses on upgrade. Dropped the apiKey guard so configured opencode providers are migrated too; providers the user explicitly set to 'responses' or 'anthropic' are still respected. Updated unit tests accordingly (the key-configured opencode case now asserts migration to 'responses').
