The 10-commit release-review P2 batch is now on main: honest status-directive notices (skip-aware gate + same-status noOp bucket + backticked applied tag), turn lifecycle robustness (session-busy bounded hold before re-driving a trigger after a hard-cap force-settle, ownership-tokened turnInFlight guards, accurate drop alerts), dep-wait exemption note dedupe, deliverable hash download byte-cap + author-scoped same-bytes dedupe, widened dependency-wait assignment scan (memoized keyset), team-culture apply-error outcome with partial counts, metaweb-study policy-read warn, chain ledger hygiene (NUL escape, per-bot retention, no-op save guard), OpenAI-compatible default for new custom providers, and six regression suites wired into npm scripts. Merge resolution: main had absorbed the three parallel P1 lines (prose-dependency time-capped exemption, dream fragment chain feed, proxy scoped singleton) — the dep-wait monitor call sites now route prose declarations through the P1 time-capped helper and structured tokens through the P2 dedupe helper, with the escalation-side note cleanup gated to structured tokens only; both sides' regression tests kept and green together. Post-merge verification: compile clean, groupTaskDaemon 190/190, broad batch 106/106, ui-regressions 4/4, both sides' key symbols confirmed alive at HEAD.
