The transcript selection bar is back to the single 'Add to conversation' action: CoworkQuoteActionBar restored to one button (QUOTE_ACTION_BAR_HEIGHT 64 -> 30), handleCopyQuoteSelection removed from CoworkSessionDetail, the coworkQuoteCopyText i18n keys dropped from both dictionaries, and the test assertions for the copy item removed.
