GET /api/metaweb/protocols?size=&cursor= serves the validated metaprotocol registry over the fresh-time index: paginated with the same key-pinned cursor as the fresh feed (the raw path-lists silent ~22KB truncation ceiling is gone), each entry validated - exposed JSON payload required, payload path must match ^/protocols/[a-z0-9_]+(/[a-z0-9_]+)*$ - and records failing validation are returned in a per-page rejected:[{pinId,reason}] audit list instead of being silently included. This kills the production-observed poisoned payload (upstream error text surfacing as a protocol name in surf reports). Items carry pinId/currentPinId/chain/createdAt/author/path/title/protocolName/intro/version.
