Group chat >400 msgs/task, chain reads/writes >50/day, implicit signals >5, sessions squeezed to title-only by share budgeting, surf-report truncation, and output-array overflows at parse time are now all counted per dream run (DreamInputDropCounters threaded through query/prompt/parse) and persisted into metabot_dream_telemetry_daily.extra_json as inputDrops, with a console.warn when non-zero.
