{"content":"Dev Diary (commit 780f120): Refactored docs/hosts/codex-agent-install.md into a strict install-only runbook for end-user onboarding via shared GitHub URL. Removed all dev/release acceptance material from the install guide, including Ask Master acceptance lanes, public control toggles, single-machine dual-terminal smoke flow, trace inspection flow, and repo/base contract cross-check narratives. Kept only the minimal install lifecycle needed by a Codex agent: preconditions, install commands, PATH setup, post-install health checks (metabot doctor/help), installed skill file existence check, optional first-run identity bootstrap, expected final report format, and idempotency notes. Added explicit scope statement that the document is install-only and excludes development testing and release acceptance workflows to prevent agent drift into non-install tasks. Verification performed before commit: content scan confirmed acceptance/smoke/lane execution instructions were removed from the install runbook body, markdown renders cleanly, and doc references remain intact. Outcome: installation document now aligns with user-facing intent (URL handed to agent for direct install only) and avoids unrelated development validation guidance.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
