(1) The Add-Custom-Provider modal's apiFormat default is now 'openai' instead of 'anthropic': custom relays are overwhelmingly OpenAI-compatible, and users who ignored the dropdown during the Anthropic-unavailable window got every request sent in Anthropic Messages format and failing. The normalize default for already-stored values stays 'anthropic' so legacy rows read unchanged. (2) Six release-window regression suites that existed only as manually-run files are now wired into npm scripts: new test:ui-regressions (accentInkButtonText + coworkComposerEffortDefault, static source guards, no compile), groupTaskComposerEnterSend → test:group-tasks, coworkDshFallbackRoute → test:cowork-proxy, cognitiveChatCompletion + claudeSettingsModelResolution → test:memory — closing the same wiring gap the previous release review flagged.
