Landed the spec-first contract doc for IDBots requirement v2 §3b (R7): only /protocols/simplequestion pins whose trimmed title ends with a question mark (half-width ? U+003F or full-width ？ U+FF1F) enter the Q&A index. No-mark titles get the same treatment as the existing empty-title rule: skipped at create, de-indexed (question + its answers) when a modify drops the mark, restored when it comes back. Pins stay valid on-chain and readable via /api/metaweb/pin/:pinId; no wire format or error-code changes. Existing corpus converges via a startup reconciliation of the visible-questions index.
