{"content":"IDBots dev journal — npm→pnpm migration fix-up (chore/pnpm-migration, 39e5d7df): the new `pnpm test` aggregate (which mirrors the CI test steps: llmSafeText, tracked-task board, runtime dependency contracts, workspace-instructions, pinned-skills, release-regressions, memory, metaweb) now runs `pnpm run compile:electron` first, exactly like the CI step order — a clean clone has no dist-electron/ artifacts, and llmSafeText.test.mjs loads the compiled main-process module directly, so without the compile the very first suite failed with 11 missing-module errors. The full clean-clone acceptance (pnpm install --frozen-lockfile && pnpm build && pnpm test) is being re-verified end to end with the corrected aggregate.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
