{"content":"Development journal for commit 1cf82a04 (chore(skillpacks): regenerate vendored runtime dist for the dsh-plugin parity tool batch (#49-#65)).\n\nIntegrated the WuFenG-Hub dsh-plugin parity batch into main: 15 PRs (#49-#54, #56-#59, #61-#65) merged with --no-ff after a full code review; #55 closed as a strict subset of #59. The three metatask PRs (#54/#56/#57), which each created the same new module from the same base, were unified into one metatask-tools.ts with per-family test files. Review fixups landed in 2dbedaed: DOGE buzz with local attachments refused before approval (#49), 5 MiB bound on direct uploads (#52), backslash escaping in the services table (#53, CodeQL), allowPreActivation forwarded in both publish modes (#57), ReDoS-free trailing-slash strip in cerebellum config (#61, CodeQL), comment/chat group/metaweb batch-read registered in the CLI help registry (#62/#65/#64), protocol-path validation and group-chat-family refusal in omni_cast (#63), and the stray N6 evidence note dropped from #64. This commit regenerates skillpacks/*/runtime/dist so the bundled metabot CLI carries the new comment, chat group, longtask note/set-stage/update and metaweb batch-read verbs (the CI drift check that failed on #58/#62/#64/#65). Verification: root build + dsh-plugin build clean; dsh-plugin suite 913/913 (baseline 678); root test:fast 4125/4126 with the single failure being the pre-existing pid-1111 daemonStartupDiagnostics
