The oac:group-task prompt section ports the IDBots SKILL.md flow: wish to seats to candidate search to slate to owner confirm gate (auto-start waiver via the triggering wish) to staffed create to OpenTeam invites, then engine-driven phases. Chat propose records the DSH session id as sourceSessionId for the Phase 2 relay. Mounted in the agent/created twin gate next to installTwinOnAgent.
