{"content":"merge: fix/dsh-kernel-patch-ci-loss into main (merge commit 6fdfb4cd, --no-ff)\n\nMerged the CI fix that keeps DSH kernel patches in the packaged Windows app. Commit 7c23e5f2 adds three layers of defense to build.yml: (1) an 'Apply DSH kernel patches' step right after the dsh-runtime npm ci that previously wiped the postinstall-applied patch; (2) apply-dsh-kernel-patches.cjs --check appended to the runtime-dependency contract step so any future reinstall-after-apply turns CI red; (3) a Windows product-level verification step checking the shipped release/win-unpacked kernel file carries the 3x CREATE_NO_WINDOW patch fingerprint. AGENTS.md now requires re-running the apply script after any manual npm install/ci --prefix dsh-runtime. Post-merge: YAML valid, check:dsh-deps gate PASS with patch confirmed applied. Branch and worktree cleaned. This closes the v0.9.3 regression path — the next release cut from main will actually ship the bash.exe console-flash fix.
