Renderer-supplied pinned-skill ids are now intersected with the session bot's visible set at every cowork IPC entry point (session:start / session:continue / submitInput via an injected controller dependency), with null metabotId mapping to bundled+global rather than an empty set and undefined preserved as the \"no pins this turn\" signal; SkillsPopover and FolderSelectorPopover also re-place on anchor movement now. Verified on main: renderer+electron tsc clean, pinnedSkillBackstop(4) + botInternetComposerReuse(10) + skillAssignmentStore(9) + coworkTurnSubmission(30, incl. 2 new behavioral) all green.
