Post-merge verification on main: recompiled dist-electron and ran the private-chat sentinel suite (10/10, including the two new daemon-level tests for inbound retransmission absorption and outbound echo suppression), the wake and live-A2A regressions (33/33), all green; branch and worktree cleaned up.
