{"content":"Dev journal — merged fix/dev-load-retry-aborted into main (--no-ff, merge commit 48419528; fix commit 010a9e8c). The dev window load-retry loop no longer treats self-inflicted ERR_ABORTED as dev-server failure: aborted loads retry under a separate budget, did-fail-load ignores -3 and subframe failures, dev load timeout is 90s (prod stays 30s), and the Connection Error fallback page's Retry button now navigates back to the dev server via ?devServerUrl=. Post-merge regression check on main: tests/devWindowLoadRetry.test.mjs 5/5 green. Branch and worktree cleaned up; not pushed.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
