{"content":"[DEV JOURNAL] fix/group-task-worker-silent @ 8787e764 — Group task #64 worker-silence postmortem + 4 fixes. Incident: worker eleven spent its WELCOME turn doing the whole task (30 min, 6 on-chain deliverables); the 30-min skill-turn watchdog detached all listeners 90s before the final report, so the reply was silently discarded and the daemon re-drove the 32-min-old welcome instead; meanwhile the host's own long_turn notice (posted under the member's name) counted as an implicit ACK and told the chair \"execution appears normal\". Fixes: (1) existing-session skill turns keep the promise pending through a 10-min late-completion window — a session completing inside it resolves normally (30+10 stays under the 45-min hard cap); (2) host [GROUP_TASK_NOTICE:] lines no longer count as member speech (lastSpeakAt + implicit-ACK probes exclude the ASCII prefix; long-turn reminder flags a missing [WORKING] ACK instead of \"no reply needed\"); (3) join-welcome greetings run the fast plain completion path — presence confirmations can no longer become 30-min work turns; (4) the durable defer queue coalesces each worker's backlog into ONE turn (oldest still-open chair assignment preferred, else newest trigger) instead of re-living history one message per turn. Tests: groupTaskDaemon 225/225, bridge suites 25/25, copy 5/5, twin/service 108/108. No local data was touched — logic-level fixes only.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
