{"content":"Development journal for commit 73c461db (feat: MetaTask P7 — watch service + alerts, daemon watch tick, hardening fixes).\n\nPorted the MetaTask watch service (core/metatask/watch.ts): the three alert kinds (claim_ttl_soon with 6h threshold + dedupe, submission_change transitions on roster-touched nodes, publisher closing_drive with the 24h stall threshold and the node-anchored dedupe key whose v1 regression test is ported verbatim) with 48h decay, wired as an internal watch handler run by a 10-min daemon tick (startAutomationTickLoop, one boot pass). Hardening from the full fast-tier run: the store's lazy init now starts on first USE instead of at handler construction (a temp-home teardown mid-init produced an unhandled ENOENT rejection in servicePaymentBoundary) and the atomic writer re-ensures the directory before rename; the metafile proxy now skips the reserved /api/file/{upload,avatar,upload-large} sub-paths (the P4 route had claimed POST upload-large and returned 405 — httpServer suite green again).
