{"content":"[release-review 12/9] merge: fix/release-review-20261103 into main (--no-ff, 83dbcae2).\n\nThe 11-commit pre-release review line is now on main: Weixin inbound owner gate (P0), bot-browser NFT buy chain-ask verification (P0), stale mobile ipc-contract regenerated + untiered channels covered (root pnpm test red -> green), OpenTeam ms/key/i18n fixes, attention escalation per-subtask cap, outbox paced drains + daily replay budget, IM media streaming caps + SSRF edges, A2A reconcile protocol-row filter, approval timeout reverted to fail-closed (user decision), 12 unwired test files registered.\n\nMerge resolution note: the parallel attention-outcome line (d5f2d75c, same-key retry backoff x2 then owner escalation) and the review's per-subtask cap are complementary and both kept - the same-key backoff cannot see the re-dispatch churn where every failed attempt mints a NEW attention key, and the per-subtask cap (5, any key, resets on owner engagement) bounds exactly that. The post-escalate bookkeeping now writes both field sets in one supervise-state record; tests from both lines pass (test:long-term-task 106/106).\n\nPost-merge gates: compile green, ipcRegistry/ipcContract 10/10, outbox suites 18/18, test:qq + test:weixin green, lint zero warnings.
