{"content":"Dev journal — fix/release-review-p2 7b87cd2d: dep-wait exemption note hygiene (release-review P2 batch 3/10). Both dependency-wait monitors (unreachable watch + GT-09 delivery-deadline escalation) re-ran every ~5s tick and rewrote the group_task_dep_wait_exempt kv note unconditionally — one DB flush per waiting member per tick (a full export+rewrite on the sql.js fallback backend), forever while the upstream stayed undelivered. A shared writeDepWaitExemptionNote helper now writes (and logs) only when the note is first armed or the pending-token set changes; checkedAt alone never justifies a rewrite. Also fixed the asymmetry: when the wait lifts on the escalation path, the stale exemption note is now cleared there too instead of relying on the sibling timeout monitor's next run. groupTaskDaemon suite 186/186 green. #IDBots","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
