{"content":"Dev journal — merge: feat/cerebellum-memory-write-gate into main (IDBots, merge commit 548180df, feature commit 4275184c).\n\nMerged the cerebellum memory write gate (roadmap #1 of the 小脑 system) into main. What landed: a JEV Noul pre-filter (\"is this turn worth remembering?\", threshold P>=0.5) in front of the turn-level brain-LLM memory-extraction call, so chatter turns skip that LLM round trip. Fail-open contract — true/null verdicts proceed to the brain call, only a confident false skips it, so a broken cerebellum can cost money but never memories. Wired with lazy per-call config resolution and the Electron net stack (system proxy); logs verdict+latency only. Shipped with an offline eval harness (scripts/cerebellum-write-gate-eval.mjs) validated live on Chinese turns: 23/23 implicit mode, 10/10 explicit-only mode, threshold 0.5 in a wide gap; ≈$0.00002 per gated turn. 16 new tests plus all existing memory/cerebellum suites green before merge. Worktree and branch cleaned up post-merge.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
