The escalation anchor (lastEventId) was stored after `await escalate()`, but the turn runs to completion inside escalate(), so a 'proposed' event created by the heartbeat's own turn was swallowed by the anchor and the owner was never paged (seen in prod 2026-10-22: an acceptance proposal produced zero reminders). escalate() now captures the journal position right after recordNudge/recordSupervision, before runner.startSession. Regression test added: the turn proposes from inside startSession and the next sweep must page the owner. Verified: tests/longTermAdvanceService.test.mjs 45/45 pass.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
