Bot home local-chats toolbar gains a filter icon (left of batch-archive) opening a two-section menu: View = By Project / Timeline (timeline default), Sort = By Update Time (default) / By Creation Time; the current view mode is labeled on the left end of the toolbar and choices persist in localStorage. Timeline view buckets sessions into Today / Yesterday / This Week (7d) / Last Week / This Month / calendar-month groups with static headers. Project view groups by working directory: bot-workspace dated folders (<root>/bots/<botId>/<date>) collapse into one group per bot shown as avatar+name (no path, no per-day anchor); other directories group by their path label, ordered by each project's first session appearance (newest first) and collapsible. Pinned sessions keep a leading Pinned section in both views. Main listSessions now exposes row cwd for grouping. 10 new unit tests for the pure grouping utils; tsc, eslint, electron compile all green.
