Root cause of the acceptance blocker 'DSH turn failed: tool input is invalid JSON': the dsh-llm-deepseek adapter JSON.parses accumulated tool-call input at message_stop and throws MALFORMED_RESPONSE, which the kernel deliberately excludes from step-level retries, and the host had no recovery — the turn died leaving a system error. The adapter settles telemetry only, so session history stays consistent; coworkRunner now issues a one-shot auto-continue ('a tool call was emitted with corrupted arguments, re-issue that step') for exactly this error fingerprint. A repeat failure settles as a regular error and the session stays usable. No kernel patch needed. Classifier + wiring tests in tests/coworkProviderErrors.test.mjs (8/8 pass).","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
