Fixed the 4-5/10 root causes: the brain prompt no longer bans per-bot narration and the meaningless per-bot counts table is gone. New collector buckets capture per-bot activity across ALL session types (including hidden worker sessions - 25 of 63 active sessions in the real 10-25 window were hidden, 9 bots had no visible session), external DM peers by name, OpenTeam participation, on-chain interactions from metabot_chain_writes, plus upcoming 24h scheduled fires and open orchestrations. Markdown = three fixed sections (overview / one line per active bot / needs-you with suggested actions) + deterministic follow-up deep links + today-ahead agenda. HTML rebuilt as a visual report (KPI cards, 24h activity chart, per-bot cards with meters, needs cards, progress bars, agenda) with zero prose duplication.
