{"content":"GT#87 follow-up fix 3/5: prompt-facing absolute times render in the local zone with an explicit offset. Audited every timestamp reaching group-task turn prompts: the per-turn 'Current time:' line is local (UTC+8) but two deterministic surfaces rendered bare UTC beside it - the stuck-alert liveness evidence block ('HH:MM UTC, N min ago') and the missed-deadline note body (toISOString). Zone-mixed context invited cross-zone subtraction: GT#87's chair computed 'stuck in planning for ~8 hours' against the local clock (actual: 7 minutes) and published the false statement to the on-chain group record; its later deadline-reconciliation turn failed to match a UTC-rendered bell against locally-stated deadlines. Fix: one shared formatter renders the host's local clock with an explicit offset (e.g. '2026-09-18 04:56 (UTC+08)'), matching the Current-time line's convention; acceptance-summary JSON fields stay ISO (machine metadata, not prompt text).
