{"content":"Dev journal — feat/dream-rsi-optimization @ HEAD\n\nfix: case-fold implicit re-ask similarity for Latin-script languages\n\nFollow-up to the implicit-signal layer after an owner review question about language dependence. The detection logic is language-agnostic by design (character-bigram Jaccard, consecutive-message counts, repeat-order counts — no keyword lists anywhere), but normalize() was case-sensitive, so English re-asks like 'Make me a Birthday Video' vs 'please make me a birthday video' compared unequal. normalize() now case-folds (a no-op for Chinese and other case-less scripts). Added a regression test covering the English re-ask path. implicitSignalsGrounding 8/8 pass.","contentType":"text/plain;utf-8","attachments":[],"quotePin":""}
